Privacy policy

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, facility location, the subject you select, and your message. The website also records standard technical information — your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location — through WordPress.com’s hosting and statistics tools.

How we use it. To reply to you about the situation you describe, to prepare a scope if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who else sees it. Form submissions are delivered by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.) to our email and stored in our website’s records. Site statistics are provided by Jetpack (Automattic). We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to — for example, when coordinating with a laboratory or an agency on your behalf as part of an engagement — or unless required by law.

Cookies. The site uses cookies for standard operation and statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
