Golf, marinas, and recreation.
Golf courses and clubs, marinas and boatyards, pools and bathing facilities, camps. Places where the water is the attraction — and where it’s permitted, allocated, and tested like any industrial supply.

Regulatory obligations
- A water allocation permit for irrigation withdrawals above the threshold, with annual water-use reporting and well permits
- NJPDES Discharge to Ground Water coverage for a package treatment plant serving a clubhouse or camp, with its monitoring and DMRs
- A non-community public water system with its monitoring schedule, if you serve water from your own well
- Industrial stormwater coverage (5G2) and an SPPP at marinas and boatyards — hull washing, fueling, paint and solvent handling
- Public recreational bathing requirements: pool and bathing-beach water testing, records, and inspection readiness
- SPCC for fuel storage at marinas and maintenance yards; pesticide and fertilizer storage records at courses
Services
Permits and compliance. Water allocation permits and annual reports, well permits, DGW permits and DMRs, stormwater coverage and the SPPP for the yard, and the correspondence with NJDEP and the county health department.
Sampling and testing. Pool and bathing water testing on the required schedule, drinking-water monitoring for your well system, irrigation and well testing, and stormwater sampling where required.
Operations. VSWS licensed-operator coverage for very small water systems that qualify; seasonal start-up and shutdown of water systems for camps and clubs.
Plans and training. SPPP training for marina staff, SPCC, spill response for fuel docks, and emergency plans for water systems.
Engineering support. Irrigation water-management evaluations, treatment-system evaluations when a clubhouse expands.
Typical situations
- A water allocation renewal with a new, lower limit
- A marina asked for its stormwater plan during a fuel-dock inspection
- A camp’s well system with a positive sample the week before opening
- A pool inspection record gap
- A clubhouse package plant whose DGW permit monitoring nobody has looked at in years
