Operations. Class N operator coverage for dissolved-air-flotation, screening, equalization, and biological systems; seasonal start-up and shutdown; troubleshooting when BOD or FOG climbs with production.
Permits and compliance. SIU and NJPDES permits, renewals and modifications when a line is added, DMRs and surcharge reporting, and the sewerage-authority relationship.
